I won’t be online much today. I have to run to Elyria to pay our old water bill, then stop at the BMV and get both my license plates and my driver’s license renewed, then drop by Mom’s house, pick up her car and take it to Amherst for maintenance.  I’m not sure how long that will take.  I also need to do a whole lot of laundry and probably run another errand or two.  If I have time, Ill stop into the bank with my new license and update my address. And then tonight I’ll be reading with four excellent poets — Steven B Smith, Lady K SmithBonné de Blas and Dianne Borsenik — at the Shaker Library’s Bertram Woods Branch, 20600 Fayette Road in Shaker Heights, Ohio.  For more on each poet, read Smith’s blog:

The advantage of reading with such poets is that even if I give a terrible reading, it’ll still be a great event. But I don’t plan on doing that.

Peace, love and poetry,
John
